The Kick off meeting was held on the 22nd and 23rd of November 2016 in Radom Poland. During the meeting partners had an overview of EU-PV-Trainer Objectives, Methodologies and Products to be delivered in order to share views and gain a common understanding of the scope, time and quality aspects of the project. The first steps were laid out which involve the preparation of Output 1 and in specific:
a)Production of National reports and a comparative report on occupational requirements (skills and competencies) for a photovoltaic trainer in the partner countries.
b) Methodology of developing the professional competence standard for photovoltaic trainer.
Deadlines and next meeting dates have been set.
